We are looking for an experienced barista to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Bubble Tea Shop located in Norwich City Centre.
​
We use fresh seasonal fruits in our wide range of freshly brew teas, providing a completely new and refreshing taste to all our customers.
​
Candidate must have a passion for the hospitality industry "food and drinks".
​
What are you going to do:
• Deliver outstanding customer experience at all times whilst maintaining a welcoming clean environment.
• Daily store preparation beverage production, hot and cold drinks
• Processing payments: Taking Orders, cashiers.
• General cleaning and store maintenance ensuring the shop is well presented at all times.
• Maintain high levels of Food Safety.
• Coordinate supplies needed, stocks and inventory.
• Maintain records of daily operations and report them to Management.
• Nurture friendly relationships with other team members as well as our customers to increase satisfaction and returning customers.

What we ask:
• Must have barista/ Hospitality related Experience.
• Must have Customer Service Experience.

• Demonstrate multi-tasking with ease.
• Experience using POS till, ensuring a consistent supply of equipment and products.
