Here’s everything you need to know.

IN-STORE PURCHASES: Scan your digital loyalty card at the till when you collect your drink.

• Please note: DO NOT SCAN at the self-checkout kiosk, as stamps are only applied upon collection.
DELIVERY ORDER (Deliveroo/Uber Eats): Send a photo of your receipt via Instagram @moyabubbletea within 3 days. We'll add your stamp!
NEED HEEP? Our team will resolve any issues with your e-loyalty card, either online or in-store.

5. Save your e-loyalty in your apple wallet.
6. Click on "View loyalty card".

Android (Samsung, Huawei, Oppo etc):

5. Save your e-loyalty in your google wallet. DO NOT CLICK "WALLET PASSES".
6. Click on "Add" button.

Redeem at the Till: You must redeem your free drink in person at the counter. Head to the till and let our staff know you have a free drink to redeem.
Choose Your Drink: Your free drink applies to Large Iced Teas & Milk Teas from our standard series.
Important Notes:
• Toppings (Tapioca Pearls, Jellies, or Popping Bubbles) are not included in the free drink.
• Any other drinks (e.g., Season Specials, Frappé Series, Ice Creams) will be charged at an extra cost.
Keep Using Your Card: After redeeming, continue using the same e-loyalty card. You do not need to register again.

Collect 6 stamps to earn 1 free standard bubble tea.
Free drink is for Large Iced Teas & Milk Teas only. Toppings, Season Specials, Frappés, and Ice Creams are excluded or charged extra.
Valid only at Moya Bubble Tea, Norwich.
Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
Stamps and rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
