About the Role: Barista
We are looking for a friendly and experienced barista to be the heart of our Moya Bubble Tea shop in Norwich City Centre. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, craft our fresh, signature drinks, and create a welcoming space for our community.

What You’ll Do:

Craft & Create: Prepare our full menu of hot and cold bubble teas, from brewing fresh tea to hand-squeezing fruit.

Deliver Amazing Service: Provide an outstanding, friendly customer experience to every guest.

Own Your Space: Handle daily shop operations, including opening/closing, processing payments (POS), and maintaining a clean, inviting environment.

Be a Team Player: Work collaboratively with the crew and build positive relationships with our regulars.

Ensure Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of food safety, stock management, and product quality.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a barista or in a customer-facing hospitality role.

A genuine passion for food, drinks, and people.

A positive, can-do attitude and excellent teamwork skills.

Reliability, a strong work ethic, and great multitasking ability.

Familiarity with POS systems and daily operations is a plus.
