About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced team member to join Moya Bubble Tea, located in Norwich City Centre.
IMPORTANT NOTE - Before proceeding with your application, please make sure you are able to meet the following essential employment requirements:

Able to commit to a minimum 1-year employment contract

Available to work at least 15–20 hours per week during term time
-
Able to increase availability to approximately 20–25 hours per week during general school/university holidays
-
Must be available to work during the summer, Christmas and Easter holidays during the first year of employment.
If you are unable to meet these requirements, there is no need to proceed with the application.
What You’ll Do:
-
Delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment
-
Preparing the store for daily operations
-
Preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages
-
Taking customer orders and processing payments using the POS/till system
-
Carrying out general cleaning and store maintenance to ensure the shop is well presented at all times

Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and food safety
-
Assisting with stock control, inventory, and supplies
-
Maintaining accurate records of daily operations and reporting relevant information to management
-
Working closely with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
-
Building positive relationships with customers to encourage satisfaction and repeat visits
What We’re Looking For:

Previous barista, bubble tea or hospitality experience

Previous customer service experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A positive, friendly and professional attitude

A strong work ethic and reliable approach to work

Excellent teamwork skills

A proactive can-do attitude

The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment

Experience using a POS/till system

Good awareness of stock, equipment and product availability
